WORK HOURS: Offshore team must work the at least 70% of the time as USA customers, 6:00AM EST – 2:00PM EST. The over lap in time for such an extended time frame allows for more frequent communications and reviews during normal business days. |

WORK DAYS: Our billing cycles are 160 hours per employee per month, however, the team works every other Sat. and Mon – Fri., which equals approximately 176 hours. |

NO SURFING: Our teams do not have the ability to surf the Internet unless there is a specific research or requirements from the client side for this ability. Productivity is critical for timely delivery of results.

NO TALKING: Our team does not have permission to speak with others during work hours; this ensures that they are working on the task at hand and not distracted. If the resource is stuck they are required to touch base with a Group Leader who then assigns time and appropriate person to discuss resolution steps for the issues related to the tasks. Every employee gets two 15 minutes breaks and one 1 hour lunch during a shift, which allows for collaboration and discussions amount team members. |

BONDING: Some of our employees are bonded so that the resources are engaged in specific high-profile, mission critical, extremely sensitive work for our clients. The bonds ensure resources work within the guide-lines of our clients and reduce overall risks for the assignments, our clients and our company. |

CERTIFICATION: Employees that earn certifications earn bonus and are often paid as much as 20% more than the employees without such credentials. Other privileges such as paid lunch, car services and potential to work in the USA via H1B are also incentives to ensure loyalty and assignment success for our clients. |

ACTIVITIES LOGS: Every employee working on client engagement is required to complete a daily activities log using Google Docs. This ensures management and client visibilities into the work being completed by the resource(s) and change management is much more effective during resource swap-out, transitions and re-direction of projects. |

CREDITS: Client enrolled on a 12 month engagements with staff augmentation plans are given credits on the 13 month during renewal periods for any time lost due to non-performance by resources. |
