Independent Sales Reps. - Motivation

What makes Independent Sales Reps - motivated to sell and make a living.

  • Would it be the fact that they do not have a boss to report to?
  • Maybe its the money they will earn?
  • Could it be they are smarter then employees?
  • Are the risk takers?
  • Might it be greed?
  • How about fear of being stuck in a job?
Whatever the motivations are - its clear they have the power and capabilities to generate significant revenues for a business that rewards them for service, and when there is residual income to be made - that really turns them on...at least that seems to be the message coming from the few I have had an opportunity to engage.

So, we designed a new compensation package with 20% Commission & Residual + base = takers!!

Well Takers = Givers we should have an amazing opportunity for the Company and the ISRs - its the journey to the next marker of the business.

Let's roll...
